OES-ExamClient by MKCL is a secure, center-ready application for delivering computer-based examinations through MKCL’s Online Examination System (OES). It handles encrypted test content, candidate verification, timed delivery with navigation controls, and reliable synchronization of responses and logs—even in low or intermittent connectivity.
